Walls and Exterior Finishes
Exterior Wall Panels
The exterior wall panels are made of AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) panels or structural insulation composite panels. These panels work in tandem with the main structure to enhance overall building strength. When selecting wall panels, emphasis is placed on ensuring excellent soundproofing, durability, fire resistance, thermal insulation, and ease of processing. The panels are lightweight and easy to install, streamlining the construction process.
Compatibility and Customization
This structural system offers high compatibility with various insulation and decorative materials. Depending on the insulation requirements of different regions, panels of varying thickness can be used, such as integrated insulation and decorative panels made with rock wool. The standard prefabricated design typically includes 50mm thick rock wool insulation panels paired with corresponding exterior decorative panels, meeting insulation requirements in most regions. These wall panels are easy to install, significantly reduce construction time, and avoid the need for wet and dry alternating processes. They can also be pre-fabricated with grooves for electrical and plumbing lines based on the design.
Decorative Options
To suit customer preferences, exterior wall finishes can be customized with various styles and colors. Popular choices include stone-like or brick-like decorative panels, offering aesthetic versatility while maintaining the functionality and durability of the structure.
