APEX Universal Group and Caofeidian Comprehensive Bonded Zone Embark on a New Chapter of Cooperation

On October 22, 2024, Liu Ye, Vice President of the China Building Materials Market Association and Chairman of APEX Universal Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as “APEX Group”), along with Shang Yang, Director of the Industry Development Department of the China Building Materials Market Association; Jiang Tao, General Manager of APEX Universal Group Limited; Zhang Teng, General Manager of the International Department of APEX Universal Group Limited; and Ma Lei, General Manager of the Marketing Department of APEX Universal Group Limited, were invited to visit the Caofeidian Comprehensive Bonded Zone. The visit included key facilities such as the bonded zone’s storage warehouses, port facilities, and office areas, marking the beginning of a deepened cooperation between the two parties.

Following the visit, a meeting was held, attended by Liu Baojun, Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of the Caofeidian Comprehensive Bonded Zone; Zhang Wei, Director of the Financial and Economic Bureau of the Bonded Zone; and Ma Ke, General Manager of Caofeidian Financial Holding Group Co., Ltd. During the meeting, Jiang Tao, General Manager of APEX Group, provided a detailed introduction to the company. APEX Group, as a pioneer in its industry, operates diversified businesses, including building materials, software development, and international import-export trade, with activities spanning regions such as Australia, Canada, and the Caribbean. The company’s objectives for this visit were clearly outlined: on the one hand, APEX aims to leverage the region’s advantageous resources to further expand its business and areas of involvement; on the other hand, it expects the bonded zone’s government to provide supportive policies that will serve as a strong foundation for the company’s development.

After listening attentively to the company’s report, Deputy Director Liu Baojun expressed full recognition of APEX Group. He stated that APEX Group is expected to capitalize on its platform advantages while contributing to the bonded zone’s efforts to attract investment. Additionally, Liu highlighted that the bonded zone has designated the entry of APEX Group as a key project this year, reflecting the high priority placed on this collaboration and laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.

During the discussions, Ma Ke, General Manager of Caofeidian Financial Holding Group, proposed that all departments within the bonded zone ensure that specific tasks related to the cooperation with the China Building Materials Market Association and APEX Group are implemented rigorously, with all possible support provided. Furthermore, in order to facilitate better collaboration, the bonded zone will dispatch two staff members to Beijing to receive training and coordinate with APEX Group in carrying out their operations. This initiative aims to strengthen communication and cooperation between both parties, improving work efficiency. Secondly, Ma Ke suggested that the China Building Materials Market Association and the bonded zone committee take the lead in forming a long-term strategic partnership with the financial holding company and APEX Universal Group. He proposed drafting a strategic cooperation agreement covering key areas such as financial services, trade export, showroom construction, and route development, painting a broad blueprint for the cooperation.

Both parties concluded the meeting by expressing their shared hope that through joint efforts, this cooperation can be market-oriented and genuinely international. The partnership between APEX Universal Group and the Caofeidian Comprehensive Bonded Zone will not only bring new development opportunities to both sides but will also inject new vitality into the regional economy. With concerted efforts, the two parties are confident that they can achieve mutual benefits and create a bright future together.
