    In order to fully leverage the advantages of the prefabricated building industry and promote the "going global" strategy of prefabricated building enterprises while actively participating in international cooperation and exchange, this morning, a delegation led by Qi Yongbo, Deputy Director of the Division of Building Energy Conservation and Technology at the Hebei Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, along with Yu Feng, Section Chief of the Center for Green Building Promotion and Standards at the Hebei Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development; Zhan Wenxian, Director of the Division of Building Energy Conservation and Technology at the Tangshan Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development; and Wang Dacheng, Director of the Green Building Development Center at the Tangshan Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, accompanied by Xiao Dong, President of the Australia-Asia Business Association, and Yang Chunxiang, China Manager of the Australia-Asia Business Association, visited APEX (Beijing) Integrated Housing Co., Ltd.’s global transit warehouse in Tangshan. Liu Ye, Chairman of Dingfeng Group, along with President Jiang Tao and Vice Chairman Shang Yang, participated in the reception.

    First, Chairman Liu Ye warmly welcomed the delegation and thanked them for their guidance during the Mid-Autumn Festival. Jiang Tao then introduced Mr. Xiao Dong, President of the Australia-Asia Business Association, and the attending leaders to the development history of APEX (Beijing) Integrated Housing Co., Ltd., its core products, patents, technical advantages, and processes in the construction of prefabricated housing. The company's core product, the prefabricated rectangular steel tube integrated structure system, became a key focus of the visit, garnering significant interest from the delegation.

    The visitors toured the warehouse and distribution center, gaining insights into the functions of the facility and the distribution processes in the materials area. Shang Yang provided a detailed explanation of the technical standards and craftsmanship of the rectangular steel tube structure system, demonstrating the installation process of the system’s connection nodes. He also answered Mr. Xiao Dong’s questions in detail during the tour.

    Following this, the delegation visited a 60㎡ sample house constructed using the prefabricated rectangular steel tube integrated structure system, which was completed in just 25 days. During the tour, the leaders from the Provincial and Municipal Departments of Housing and Urban-Rural Development fully affirmed and highly praised the company’s products and efforts in the field of prefabricated buildings. They acknowledged that the company’s operations are well-organized, and its corporate culture construction is distinctive. They also offered valuable suggestions, encouraging APEX to actively engage in exchanges with the Australia-Asia Business Association and other international business organizations to expand into international markets, and continuously enhance the company’s competitiveness in core products and services on the global stage.
