In May 2024, the APEX team embarked on a journey of great significance. Led by Mr. Liu Ye, Vice President of the China Building Materials Federation and Chairman of Apex Group Hong Kong, alongside CEO Mr. Jiang Tao, Vice Chairman Mr. Shang Yang, and General Manager of the International Affairs Department Mr. Teng Zhang, the delegation was invited to Saint Kitts and Nevis to meet with the Chairman of the National Housing Corporation. This meeting marked the beginning of a new chapter in the collaboration between the two countries in the field of affordable housing.

    During the meeting, both sides engaged in in-depth discussions regarding the housing construction initiatives in Saint Kitts. Mr. Liu Ye elaborated on China’s outstanding capabilities and extensive experience in housing construction, presenting APEX's advanced prefabricated rectangular steel tube structure housing system and high-quality construction standards to the Chairman. After carefully listening, the Chairman and other department officials expressed high praise for APEX’s housing solutions. They noted that APEX’s expertise and professionalism left a lasting impression, and they are confident that APEX is capable of delivering safe, comfortable, and quality-assured affordable housing for the people of Saint Kitts. Furthermore, they expressed their intention to entrust APEX with the implementation of 1,000 government-subsidized housing units in the near future.After the meeting, the delegation, along with local officials, visited a Venezuela-supported project and inspected the site designated for the 1,000 government-subsidized housing units. During the visit, both sides continued to exchange their experiences and insights regarding housing construction.

    Mr. Liu Ye emphasized that APEX is fully aware of the importance of this responsibility. With renewed enthusiasm and a meticulous approach, APEX is committed to contributing to the construction of the project, providing the people of Saint Kitts with a comfortable living environment and improving their quality of life.
