APEX Universal Group Limited Established

On August 8, 2024, APEX Universal Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as "APEX Group") was officially established in Hong Kong. APEX Group's main business focuses on the design, research, development, and sales of building materials, as well as the construction of innovative housing technologies. The Group advocates the integrated concept of "Faster Construction, Lower Labor Costs."

APEX Group currently owns eight wholly-owned subsidiaries, including APEX (Beijing) Integrated Housing, Canada APEX Building Solution Ltd, AUSPACE Building Solution Ltd, Tangxin Decoration Engineering, Hainan Zhongheng Baida Trading, Tangxin Taixi Information Consulting, Tangxin Technology, and the Caribbean Housing Sales Center, with three of them located overseas. The Group's business scope covers a wide range of areas, including architectural design consulting, integrated housing construction, integrated building materials sales, international freight logistics, international real estate development, and green innovative building materials research and development.

APEX Group's mission is to promote the globalization and internationalization of China's high-quality new building materials and innovative integrated housing construction technologies. In addition, the Group has established the APEX Global Transfer Warehouse Base in Tangshan, Hebei. Covering a total area of 45 mu (approximately 30,000 square meters), this base is committed to achieving the standardization of integrated housing products, centralized procurement of new building materials, and the extreme optimization of construction costs, truly realizing the company's development concept of "Faster Construction, Lower Labor Costs."
