In November 2023, Mr. Liu Ye, Chairman of APEX (Beijing) Integrated Housing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "APEX"), led a delegation to Adelaide, Australia. There, they met with Mr. Yao Yuan, President of IJ Projects. The two parties engaged in in-depth discussions regarding cooperation to introduce high-quality Chinese green building materials into the Australian construction market and to jointly develop prefabricated residential villas. They also reached a preliminary agreement on several potential collaborative projects.
Mr. Yao Yuan stated that Australia, as an economically developed country with a high demand for infrastructure construction, has enormous potential in the construction market. Apex, as a prefabricated enterprise in China specializing in construction and building materials sales, is well-positioned to offer IJ Projects innovative ideas in new building materials and construction techniques. The application of prefabricated villas in residential housing is currently a blank slate in Australia, presenting significant growth opportunities and market prospects. IJ Projects, with the highest level of engineering contracting qualification in Australia, offers comprehensive project services including design, procurement, construction, and supervision. With extensive experience in undertaking and managing projects across the eastern and southern states of Australia—such as South Australia (SA), Victoria (VIC), New South Wales (NSW), and Queensland (QLD)—and having established good relations with local state governments and the Australian Building Commission, IJ Projects aims to provide high-quality green building materials to the Australian construction market and contribute to its healthy and vigorous development.
Apex also presented a selection of product samples to IJ Projects, including green building materials and energy-saving, environmentally friendly products. These products not only comply with national standards in China but also possess certifications from Australian testing institutions. These highlights received high praise from Mr. Yao, laying a solid foundation for future collaboration.
Both parties toured the projects under construction by IJ Projects and the buildings that have been completed and are now in use. Through this on-site visit, the delegation gained a clearer understanding of the operational models and technical standards of the Australian construction market. The delegation was also deeply impressed by IJ Projects' advanced management concepts and meticulous construction practices.
Mr. Liu Ye stated that this visit not only facilitates an understanding of the demand characteristics of the Australian market but also provides strong support for APEX in expanding its overseas market and broadening its business scope. Both parties will further enhance communication and exchange, deepening cooperation in construction methods and building materials. Additionally, Mr. Liu Ye announced that APEX will establish AUSPACE BUILDING SOLUTIONS PTY LTD. By leveraging technology sharing and market complementarity, this strong partnership aims to jointly advance the development of the construction industry in both China and Australia, achieving mutual benefits.
The General Manager of APEX, Mr. Jiang Tao, along with Mr. Shang Yang and relevant personnel from the APEX International Department, participated in this visit and inspection activity.
